Cancellation & No show policy

Solace Healthcare strives to give excellent care to all our patients. With this in mind, the time with the practitioners is exclusively reserved for you. If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us more than 24 hour in advance and this can allow for other patients to be seen. A cancellation fee of $70.00 will apply for patients repeatedly missed appointments. We understand that delays or accidents can happen, however we must try to keep other patients on time. If you are 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment, please note that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
